I had an outstanding experience at this Ford dealership. I recently purchased a 2026 F-150 Tremor V8 and had a Whipple Supercharger installed. The vehicle, and entire process exceeded my expectations. Vincent, my sales representative, was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely communicative and always quick to respond. He was also very accommodating when I requested additional upgrades like a leveling kit and exhaust, and kept me consistently updated throughout the Whipple installation process. Most importantly, Vincent was kind, friendly, and professional. He is very knowledgeable, and his pricing was always fair. He truly made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend both Vincent and this dealership. Top notch service all around!

My experience buying my dream car... I purchased the vehicle and attended an initial test drive prior to taking delivery. During this first test drive, the vehicle was provided in a visibly dirty condition. While this issue alone is not the basis of my claim, it contributed to my initial impression of the delivery and handling process. Within the first week of normal use following delivery, the vehicle experienced a malfunction related to the camera and communication systems. A warning message indicating a camera system fault appeared on the vehicle’s display and continued to reappear thereafter. Over the course of ownership, the vehicle was presented to authorized Ford service centres on three separate occasions for repair attempts related to the same underlying issue. The first two repair attempts did not resolve the problem, and the malfunction continued to reappear despite these interventions. As a result, the vehicle required repeated service visits over an extended period, during which its reliability was compromised and frequent trips to the service department were necessary. Following the third repair attempt, the camera system issue appears to have been addressed. Subsequently, additional issues were observed during normal use of the vehicle, including malfunctions involving the power windows and the multimedia system. These issues were not associated with a specific repair action but further contribute to concerns regarding the overall reliability of the vehicle. At the time of writing this review, I have owned the vehicle for just over four months and have driven approximately 4,000 kilometers. During this relatively short period of ownership, the vehicle has repeatedly displayed issues affecting various systems, resulting in frequent concerns regarding its reliability during normal use. Given the repeated failures, the number of repair attempts required, and the emergence of additional issues during normal use, I have experienced a significant loss of confidence in the vehicle. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this dealership or this vehicle.

Great experience. Stefan is a great guy and i would gladly recommend him. Very happy with my acquisition, and everything went smooth. Really enjoyed my experience at Boisvert.
