I had a really disappointing experience at Cadillac Bolton. I called the service department and no one picked up, so I left a message — but no one ever got back to me. I decided to stop by in person, but instead of being helped, someone from sales tried to convince me to look at a new Escalade, which I wasn’t interested in. I came back the next day when the service department was open, and the same sales rep walked me over to service to help with a simple key fob battery change. The service advisor initially quoted me over $300, which made no sense for a battery replacement. After some back-and-forth, he finally realized the mistake and corrected it, but the whole interaction left a bad impression. I had been considering returning here when it’s time to upgrade my Escalade, but if they can’t get the small, basic things right, that’s a major red flag for me.

Usually I let things go and don't write reviews, but with this organization it hasn't been a smooth sailing at all . Sometimes it's there product and sometimes it's the people involved. Bought 2 new Esclades from them and I feel sorry to say that it hasn't been great experience with their top of the line product. Cheery on top - Their techs return your vehicle with grease/dirt stains all over the interior of driver door (almost on every visit) .
