We needed in quickly and the service department had us taken care of immediately. Stranded with no power early am as driving out of town. Left car and contacted them and they very promptly went to my stranded car and got it to the shop and did repairs. I was notified that it was ready by noon the same day. Need our vehicle since we don't have several sitting around and live 11 miles one way from the nearest town. We very much appreciated the prompt service in getting us going again.

Best buying experience ever! Tim met us after work so we could test drive the truck we were interested in. I am short this truck is tall I said it needs some running boards or nerf bars he said done. Bolton is a truly no hassle no gimmicks place I would recommend anyone looking to buy to check them out.

My dodge truck broke done just outside of Manhattan Kansas ! I was directed to the dodge dealer in Council Kansas by a local man , John is his name very helpful man , I spoke with a man name Brian told him what the truck was diagnosed with, he immediately knew what the truck needed didn’t try to sell me anything it didn’t need was able to schedule me in right then! It needed the turbo booster actuator! Which he had on the shelf, his price was 100.00 dollars cheaper than my home town dealer and his labor was 3 hours cheaper than my local dealer! In Carthage Mo and Joplin Mo . He also went the extra mile helping me with my key fob and air conditioner that wouldn’t blow new exactly what to do with no run around, I was broke down in a pinch and the Lord used him and his people to get us on the road! We’re very blessed and thankful! Thank you Brian for your much needed help with the great attitude! Thank you Bolton

We left our vehicle for an oil change and assessment and the team at Bolton’s went above and beyond! They changed the oil, cleaned our vehicle and returned it to our home for us when we were having a busy day and couldn’t get down to the dealership to pick it back up. Great service!
