No appointment necessary for service work on Saturday. In and out in about 1 hour Saturday afternoon oil change and tire rotation.

Had my car serviced there earlier this month, the service dept is better than the sales oil change was in and out in 40ish minutes. The Sales dept needs help. I Purchased my last 2 Mazdas here and the process was far from pleasing. I was fine with my latest purchase until 2 months after purchase I got an invoice in the mail for services I had already paid for. So 2 stars for the service dept. I’d rate it 0 if I were rating the sales dept.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I had to have my car serviced quickly without an appointment and they got me in fast. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, had a play area for my daughter, WiFi, and a starbucks coffee maker. I had a little longer of a wait time since i didn't have an appointment, but they kept me updated on what was going on.

James Barron who was my salesman at Mazda was Excellent, unlike other car salesmen he was not pushy, he asked all right questions about my time line for purchase, respecting my wait of a week. He found the exact auto that I wanted, he worked hard to get me the best deal during our negotiations. Then he gave me a features and benefits tutorial on the technology of the Mazda CX3, I am so happy as well as impressed with Mazda and this salesman.

I love a good, morally straight sales person and Tom Phillips fit that picture. He sold me my car and the whole process was way better than I thought it would be. I would definitely buy from him again and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Tom!
