From the moment we walked in we were greeted and felt so welcome. I was there to trade in my Escape and get a grand Cherokee Limited. They had the perfect one for me!!! After a test drive with Bert who was so helpful explaining the functions. I was a little overwhelmed since it’s been 10 years since I had a new car. He was great explaining everything. I tried another SUV but when I got in I knew I wanted the other one. Well, that was easy. The paperwork is always the boring part but it went fast and uneventful. Mike was great explaining the paperwork and was very organized and was great to talk to and he was fun Back to Bert for the finale. He again explained everything on the dashboard etc. was so pleasant and helpful. If I ever have a problem or question told to call anytime. I am so happy with the whole process and LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Grand Cherokee Limited!! Definitely recommend to try David Taylor for a new vehicle!!!!

Our salesperson, Ted, was extremely helpful in finding us the vehicle that suited our needs the best. They had our vehicle clean and ready for test drive as soon as we arrived and offered rather competitive pricing. The finance office was able beat our bank's rates and set us up with a warranty that was reasonable. The whole team wasn't overbearing or pushy by any means. Had a great experience buying my new car with John! He was very knowledgeable about jeeps since he drives one himself. He helped set up my car with all the settings that I like and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. He was super responsive and answered all of our concerns quickly !! Even gave me some new ducks for my collection.
