Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas

I had a great experience at Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas while purchasing my 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road. I want to give special recognition to Alddin Faruque for his outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Alddin was professional, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. He was transparent about the vehicle, and worked to help me make a deal that I felt comfortable with. There was never any pressure, and he made the buying experience smooth and straightforward. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, I highly recommend asking for Alddin Faruque. With that I was able to walk out the door with satisfied experience.

I took my Corvette C8 to Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas for a heads-up display issue. It took about a week to get an appointment, which was already frustrating. When I arrived at 8:00 AM for my scheduled appointment, I expected the vehicle to be diagnosed the same day. Instead, I didn't receive a call until the next day afternoon. I was then told that the problem was related to an OnStar subscription. However, after contacting OnStar directly, they informed me that the issue was a hardware problem with the vehicle, not a subscription issue. When I called the dealership back and relayed this information, I was told they would charge $200 per hour for further diagnosis and repairs. My Corvette is still covered under Chevrolet's bumper-to-bumper warranty, yet I was informed that they would not honor the warranty for this issue. The entire experience was disappointing. The delayed diagnosis, incorrect information, and refusal to honor the factory warranty left me feeling that customer concerns were not being handled properly. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience.

First off let me start by Saying for an out of town ONLINE Purchase... the Communication and Response time was amazing... my Salesman was Jeff... He handled my entire transaction Flawlessly... he communicated from Day 1 with precision and timing, making sure every question was answered as they were asked... He even was responsive when he wasn't at work and was home on his own time... to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the purchase going above and beyond again to make sure the sale was complete... so much so that when I made the trip down from Michigan to Virginia he came in on his off day just to make sure he was there to finalize things and hand me the keys 🔑 to my car... The Car was just as he described AND MORE!!! To Say that I'm happy and satisfied is a total UNDERSTATEMENT... My car buying experience with Jeff from Bomnin was the best I've ever had... I HIGHLY recommend his services when it comes to getting a car from Bomnin Chevy Manassas... To Jeff THANK YOU FROM THE HEART... This Car guy couldn't be more happier with his purchase... the thing that stands out the most is... I purchased a Used car that wasn't a Chevrolet and he serviced me as if it was... making sure everything went as smooth as it possibly could... and that's saying a lot in the car sales business... a SUPER stand-up Salesman to say the lease...

Had a great experience working with Leighton. He showed us different options when the car we originally went with was not available. We are glad he did as the one we purchased better suited our needs and we would have never known if Leighton and Eddy didn’t get to know us and what our needs were! We are so happy with our purchase and our experience with everyone! Highly recommend!

First time buying a car and it was a breeze. I want to thank Chris Romero my salesman for making the process super easy. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle and he knew which vehicle was perfect for me based on what I told him. 10/10
