I stopped in for a 6 month service on my 2023 KIA Sportage Prestige SX and drove out in a 2026 same model. I started with Reza at service and he always takes care of any issues I might bring him. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Sandi, a member of the sales team contacted me while I was waiting. I had already indicated an interest in trading cars. Sandi was very helpful in selecting the right car for me, we discussed models, colors and availability. Daniel was extremely helpful in coming up with a deal that was acceptable and fair for everyone. He worked hard to sell me the car I wanted. He ‘s great! We finished up with Jacob, in finance, and he was wonderful to work with. In fact everyone I have had contact with at the dealership goes above and beyond what be expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future!

My great experience began as I drove on the lot. I was warmly greeted and then was attended to by Karl. He was very patient and very understanding as this was my very first purchase. He showed me what was available in my price range and also made great suggestions. I quickly made my decision just needed to iron out some details. Purchased my Kia Carnival a couple of weeks ago. Joe Cardona was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that I left happy and with exactly what I needed.
