Bonner Chevrolet

My wife took her 2026 chevrolet traverse to Bonner chevrolet for a warranty issue and after the work was done she was instructed not to bring it back here because we didn't purchase from bonner and if we did bring it back we would be put at the back of the line until all of the customers that purchased from them we be taken care of first I called GM and filed a complaint about it hopefully they will be better taking care of customers

I called about my back windshield wiper replacement and was told to come on down after 1pm. We were welcomed with a smile, and out the door in 20 minutes! Now that is great service!

They don't have mechanics there, only parts changers. Tried to tell me I had aftermarket exhaust on my car when it was totally stock. The mechanic saw that the catalytic converter bolts were welded on one side to hold the bolt head while you took the nut off. Yeah , that's how dumb the mechanics are. Then wants to argue with me when I pointed that out. Then one of the owners said they wouldn't work on it and to bring it back when I had the exhaust off. Granted it was a recall deal but there was absolutely no customer care or service during this transaction. A few weeks prior to that I asked if they could program my bcm to have my daytime driving lights on. Well they were able to turn them on like 3 hours later. Kept saying they couldn't get into the bcm because it was an older car etc. But when they did , the interior dome lights wouldn't work, all because they didnt pay attention to the options that were available. It is a 2013 Chevy Caprice PPV. I bought the software online and for under 300 I was able to get into the bcm with no issues. I took it to another reputable Chevy dealership and they honored the recall and went above and beyond to make sure the recall was done safely and correctly. As far as I'm concerned I'd never recommend Bonner Chevrolet to anyone. Just straight up rude and ignorant.

Wonderful family owned business. My salesman Aaron was easy to work with and treated me like family. Didn't feel pressured and left with a wonderful deal. I will definitely be back in the future.
