Another great experience purchasing a truck from Bonneville and Son. This is my third RAM I’ve ordered and purchased from them. Traded my 2021 HEMI Rebel for a 2026 HEMI Laramie. Their team is first class. Marcel is the very best in the industry and goes above and beyond. He makes it easy in today’s busy world. Their pricing is fair and honest. No numbers game. Happy with their trade values and have I’ve found them to offer more than any other dealers for my trades. Mike in sales is always attentive, always answers his phone, and gets the answers. Rob in finance made it simple and stressless. Love my truck. Glad I waited and ordered the truck with the HEMI. I test drove the Hurricane and, coming from a HEMI I was not a fan. I can't confidently say this was the best experience I've ever had at any dealership period! First greeted by a bright and nice greeting from Steve J who consistently keep tabs with me and made sure my cars progress was correct and on time. I had a huge time crunch with work and kids and Steve j kept me informed and on target so grateful! Then was greeted by Steve ( has a cool beard) in the parts department who directly came and gave me knowledge and confidence and made me feel like family! I knew after one conversation with him all my needs were going to be met! Then when I was waiting for my Uber I was greeted by Shane a car salesman Who is so friendly and just made my wait so comfortable! go buy a car you're gonna love these guys. Go get your car fixed. I went to Bonneville in July of last year I dealt with Mike Raymond, who ended up screwing me over in my jeep. Put a horrible taste in my mouth considering he had been there for years.( He is no longer there ) Which is why I felt I shouldn’t condemn a whole business because of one person, And I’m glad I didn’t. Fast- forward to April this year I decided to go back in to try to get out of the Jeep. He got me in without going into details. It was a mess… I was set up with Sawyer. I decided to give it a second chance, and I was very pleased with my experience at this time around. Sawyer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I told him exactly what I wanted and he met my expectations and above.. He didn’t only do his job. He looked for the best deal with everything that I was looking for from comfort to accessories. He was very polite, very professional. I’ve actually mentioned him to a few of my friends that may be looking for cars soon. I would 100% go back and deal with Sawyer. I’d also like to add that, even though he didn’t have to, he reached out to me with every little detail if something changed or if he couldn’t do something to let me know ahead of time, But as I said, he went above and beyond, so that wasn’t an issue. He even went as far as contacting me a few weeks later to make sure everything was good with my new vehicle. He ended up getting me into a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler, And I love it. He took on someone else’s issue as his own and Listen to hear what I was saying not just to put me into another vehicle and that alone says a lot about a person’s character so If you need a vehicle go see Sawyer you Will be well taken care of.
