I had my sights set on a Honda Civic and Bonnybrook listed one on a late Saturday, so I immediately reached out on Sunday. My husband and I got an immediate response to come see the car on Monday. We got there and no time was wasted. Took the car for a test drive and needed some time to think about it, which is the way it should be when making a big purchase as a car. Jim was patient and allowed us a few days to make the decision. He was helpful in what steps to take next when we decided to go forward with the car. Provided us with the CarFax, AMVIC inspection and let us know it required rear brakes and oil change which they did prior to delivery. We are so happy with our new to us Civic! Overall, I had a positive experience at Bonnybrook Auto. Jim was kind in his email response to my inquiry about the Subaru I was looking at while researching vehicles last month. In the office he was very personable, accommodating with my budget and flexible with my request for a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle was in great condition, came with good maintenance history and was exactly what I needed.
