We brought the parents in to replace their car and we worked with Damien Fields. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Answered all our questions and worked with us to get a great car at a great price. We all felt like the deal was fair for everyone. Highly recommended dealership and sales person. We recommend asking for Damien when you go in. He is worth waiting for as well.

Had the best experience ever buying a truck from Mike Mccready. He was up front and shot me straight the entire time. I got a great trade in value and a solid deal on an awesome truck. The General Sales Manager Scott was great as well. He helped seal the deal. The entire staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Purchased n F250 Super Duty from Dennis and Mike in used cars. They were perfect. Straight forward and honest. Feel like I got a great deal on my trade. We will certainly purchase from them again. The sales manager Scott was very professional and kind. Great experience overall. 10 out of 10.

Horrible!!!! They have amateurs working in their service department. My window wouldn't roll up so I took it in. They said that it was my switch that went bad and it would be 1.5hrs to fix. 2.5hrs later they were like we are going to have to put you in a rental because we can't get your door to open now. But no worries it should be fixed by tomorrow meaning Thursday 12/19. I called them on Thursday and they said they had broken the latch on the door and it should be fixed Friday by lunchtime sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say Friday around 11:30am they called and said sorry it's taking so long but they would call me when it's fixed. Do you know they called me Thursday 12/27. I told them that I would be there 12/28 to pick up my car. I get there and had to ask for a discount. Gary went back pretending like he had asked his manager for a $50 discount (lies). The discount was from the complamentory car wash (totally not needed cause I have Mike's, and hell they may have saw that and used my pass). But anyway, I pay and inspect my car. The door wasn't put back on properly. So Gary takes my car back for them to fix what should have been completely done. Note: my ticket said I paid at 1pm. Waiting and waiting for them to fix the door. I finally asked to speak to the service manager Charles Back. The receptionist came back with his direct number because he was supposedly on a conference call. They finally bring my call back out after over an hour of waiting and it's still not right. So at 2:20pm I decided to call Charles Back to talk about my experience before leaving the lot. Needless to say he sends me a generic email to rate my experience on the site and has yet to return my call nor any of my money. I drive an suv and was stuck in the smallest car on enterprise lot for over 1 week (it would have been no problem if it was for only 1 day). I was inconvenienced more than once with my time and again having to asked people to move large Christmas gifts that I could have moved myself had I had my car or a larger rental. Only to have to ask for a discount when the service should have been free. I'm not one looking for anything free but in this case I feel its totally warranted. Refund my money!!! My door still isn't right and now I have to pay again for a real professional to fix it. Will never return to Borcherding Buick. And if your smart you shouldn't go either.

Do not trust anything they say about their loyalty warranty program. Their employees from sales to service will tell you different things that will void the warranty. Borcherding will not stand behind what their employees say, they simply pull out the contract, that they do not understand and expect you to become a subject matter expert. This is simply a way for them to get you to use their service department for oil changes when they themselves can't tell you what and when service needs to be done to keep your warranty in compliance. If they dont know, how do they expect customers to know? Bad customer service.
