Border GM is the only place we bring our trucks to. Val in service is always a pleasure to deal with and is prompt to get back to us with any issues and questions we have. Your mechanic Tony is top notch and knows his stuff which is a rare find in today's world. They always provide us with a loaner vehicle if we need one. We have a GM dealer 30 minutes from us but we choose to make the 2hr drive to have that peace of mind knowing that we are cared for.

My mechanic, Thunder, walked me through what repairs should be done immediately and which could wait. They were able to get me an appointment right away, and even gave me a truck to use as a loaner.
