I really like the efficiency at the dealership. My car needed to be kept for a few days to replace some parts during its service. I was offered a loan car for the period and when I noticed something was off and called they offered me an available replacement. Communication was great. I appreciated the video walk through on the VW app. I had enquired about a cleaning during drop off and was told that there was a complementary clean and vacuum for the front seats, I got my car back and after spending $2400, I would have expected the clean and vacuum since it was also indicated to me. If it wasn’t for this I would have given full stars because I truly could not fault them. Ace was a great help. Thanks again!
