My overall experience with the dealership was fantastic. My salesperson, Cole, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, assertive, yet not pushy. He made every effort to assist during the buying process. The dealership gave me special perks that helped me to feel 100% comfortable with my decision and desire to give them my business. To the point where I would not have went elsewhere to buy a Cadillac even if it was a little cheaper. I highly recommend buying from this location.

I’m an out of state buyer so I exclusively did all my business either by text, email or phone. I worked with Cole who was outstanding and answered all my questions immediately. The whole process was great and the car was shipped very quickly.

Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely nice and welcoming. I generally avoid dealerships, but Cole was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my purchase of a new vehicle. None of the long waits at the dealership, I just needed to show up twice for about an hour each time, and I had my new car. Best dealer experience by far. Cole has even been glad to answer questions after my purchase. I didn't feel like I had to figure this all out on my own. Highly recommend. 10/10 experience. Edit. About 5 months later. Had my car in for a tire rotation and checkup at 15k miles. Great customer service. They even went above and beyond by making sure my Lyriq's updates were all installed (which apparently they weren't) and washed my car inside and out (my mats had salt residue on them and it needed to be vacuumed a little bit, all of which was taken care of). They gave me a loaner car that was really nice and everything too. Great experience.

I was interested in a particular pre-owned vehicle advertised on Boucher’s website. After arriving at the dealership, salesperson Cole presented the vehicle to me and I test drove it. After I got back to the dealership, Cole learned that there was a deposit a the vehicle. Obviously, I was disappointed; however, I told Cole to let me know if the deal fell through, and keep his eyes open for a similar vehicle. Cole didn’t give up on me. He contacted me immediately when he found out that the deal on the vehicle I test drove fell through and it was available for my purchase. Long story short, I purchased the vehicle from Boucher and will work with Cole and the dealership in the future!

It was such a great car buying experience! Everyone from sales, finance and management was phenomenal. Cole went above and beyond what I was expecting from any salesperson. Cathy in finance was so friendly and professional. I could not be happier that I chose Boucher Cadillac for my electric vehicle purchase.
