Dave Nutt was top of line! He was fast, knowledgeable, and listened to me every step of the way. They were able to get me a good deal, and found the car I wanted. They even gave me top dollar for my trade in compared to the other dealerships I was considering. Ask for Dave if you’re looking to purchase but if not, the entire dealership was on top of it and took care of me! Finance was great!

Bought a used 2024 Camaro from Boucher Chevrolet. I'm from NY so it was all done online. I dealt with Matt. Cant say enough about how smooth everything went. Had a problem on my end that would have cost me the deal with any other dealer. Still amazed that they were so patient with me and got the deal done. Flew in to pick the car up and it was even nicer than expected. Cant say enough about Matt. Will definitely be back in touch when ready for next purchase. We came to this dealership about a year ago and talked with Joann at that time, we weren’t exactly ready for a truck but she still showed us around and was very understanding, we just wanted to do our homework on what vehicle we wanted and when we were ready to purchase we might come back, Joann stayed in contact but didn’t bug us and I think that is more of the reason why we returned, it was part of us wanting the truck that Chevy had but we also felt very comfortable with Joann Blake she was a very easy person to get to know and work with we would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Took my wife's Camaro SS, which she meticulously maintains and details, in for warranty repair work. The first time we went to pick it up it was covered in dirt, left it there. They "detailed" it and when we went to pick it up the second time it was now covered with scratches from someone improperly removing all the dirt from the painted (and even decaled) surfaces. We will be taking it to our detailer and hopefully he will be able to buff it out. Repairs were done right, but getting our vehicle back dirty, then severely scratched, I would not recommend taking anything there until their construction is done. I will not take anything to their service department ever again due to how this situation was handled. Their sales manager, however, acknowledged the issues and did what he could (service was not there either time we came to pick up), unfortunately service only contacted us once and it was our service advisor who seemed like we were an inconvenience telling us we could come get it. Sales might be worth a shot, but the service department fell way short. Do better Boucher.

Kim not only helped me when I originally purchased my lease she helped me with the buy out when the lease was finished. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign prior to my arrival which I really appreciated. I’ve been to a different dealership where I waited two hours while the financial person was waiting to talk to someone regarding a question on a lease I had. The only time I personnely saw him was when he came to tell me he’d have to reschedule our meeting. I thank God I didn’t have to go through that with Kim and the financial person at Boucher of Waukesha. Thank you Kim for making me feel like I was a valued person and not just an old lady who needed help.
