Josh and the management team were also amazing and made everything feel welcoming and stress-free. Overall, such a great dealership with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to view Mazdas, was greeted by salesman Mr. Blum he answered all my questions. Came back two days later to purchase a CX-5 filled out paperwork, I then decided I wanted an upgraded model and purchased the showroom CX-5 Premium plus neither Salesman or Financer Joshua were upset and started new paperwork. Everyone was friendly from Receptionist, Service Techs, Financers to the person that moves vehicles. The car is everything I ever wanted and my Niece is thrilled with the heated back seats. 10 out of 10

I had a great experience working with both Ken, Shawn and Riley to purchase my new CX-50 Hybrid! They both were very respectful and attentive. They were much more flexible on pricing and financing to make sure I got the car I wanted while staying within my budget! The even added all weather mats to the deal. It was a much more pleasant experience compared to another dealership I tried to purchase from. Everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase straightforward, professional and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealer over other Mazda dealers in the area if you want a great deal with great staff! Definitely will stick with them for maintenance and future car purchases!

The service department is top notch. Between Brian and Tim who are up front dealing with the problems to the guys in the back- Wes, Alex, David, and everyone else. Fantastic. I am always able to get my car in, problem fixed and they are always so great in how quickly things are taken care of. The Mazda Dealership itself is stunning! We have owned Mazdas for a long time and when we moved up here we knew we needed to find a good place to service our car's and our needs. We did! Thanks guys!

I arranged a few days ago for our first routine service on our CX50 hybrid. Service went well and I was fortunate that a new service recall was just issued so Boucher took care of that too. This is or first Mazda and first purchase from Boucher. The people are great. This dealership is the perfect size. After deciding to look at Mazdas, other customer reviews for various dealers led us here. If Janesville is is in your neighborhood, don't hesitate to shop here or at their Ford shop next door.
