Professional, yet relaxed experience. I spoke with five employees at Boucher finding each of them straight forward with answers to my questions while doing their best to provide me with the best deal possible for my new GTI. I had been looking for a specific model. When one became available a young sales pro, John, contacted me making it worth the trip from Whitewater to make my purchase. While I really love this car, this is the second purchase I have made with a Boucher dealership with the first a few years ago at their Jeep dealership. A huge benefit to shopping at Boucher has been the follow up they provide including both the sales force and the pro-trained service techs, all of whom withhold the hard sell nonsense while giving advice and making service recommendations.

Dennis was great at showing me the car and all of its features. Luis from finance was also great and made the transaction run smoothly. They also gave my son two little car so he could entertain himself while I was discussing the purchase.

I’ve been bringing my car here since I bought it a few years ago. Shop prices are insane but the work is good. Reason for two stars is VW does not stand behind their parts. I bought two new CV axles in 11/24 and installed them 01/25. I had 97k miles when they were installed and the axle boot failed at 102k miles. Called parts and they won’t do anything because it’s been over a year. Customer loyalty means nothing I guess. I’ve spent thousands here between service and parts. What a back stab.

I highly recommend Boucher Volkswagon if you’re looking for a car. John Huey took great care of us. He set up the VW app on our phone and showed us all the features of our new Jetta. He’s a friendly, personable, non pressure sales person who is easy to work with. He goes the extra mile even after the sale of you have any questions or concerns.
