So, I had made an appointment for a check-up on my 2024 Fiat 500e (for a possible charging issue). I explained that I wanted a replacement vehicle since I needed a car (short wheelbase version). Well, they "lent" me a vehicle from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. When I left my car, I quickly signed the work order (which I should have read because with this kind of business you have to read everything, as it stated that the vehicle was rented to me). Upon returning it, I had to pay for the rental. Basically, don't trust them; you have to read everything with these people. This will be my last car purchase and my last service from you. I'll go to a place that explains things clearly. A customer who will never set foot in your establishment again and who will tell as many people as possible about it.
