Bought a 2024 dodge hornet back in October 2025 this car was a leftover brand new i have had nothing but problems with the car since i purchased it im fed up and the dealership has had me in 7 times since i bought the car to try and resolve the issues but it keeps coming back and im fed up ive had 5 other brand new dodges that i have had no issues with their is no consumer protection when getting a new car ive looked at trading it in but the dealership wants to give me next to nothing for the car so i get screwed over basically we dont care we got paid for the car buyers problem now this has ruined my experience at bouctouche dodge thease cars have been discontinued and i can see why cause they are junk

I got a jeep just over a month ago from them and it just had a mvi done on it and my front ball joints are all very loose. All the boots are cracked. I message my sales person. He read it never got back to me very disappointed. How can you let something like that go will never buy there again

A very pleasant experience, when I went with a friend to purchase a used Ram pickup. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we took the truck on an hour long test drive without a tag along and really got to feel out the vehicle and talk about his decision. The interest rates were a little high compared to a bank or credit union, but not ridiculous. The trade offer was low compared to the actual value, but it was an older truck with higher km and they were probably just going to wholesale it..so you cant blame them for that either. The salesman went through ever option to try and get the deal where my friend wanted it, and spent the extra time explaining the best options and there were NO pressure tactics whatsoever, even when we decided he should sell the truck privately.He worked hard to get my friend the deal he wanted. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had with a dealer, so I would highly recommend them if they have something your looking for.
