After getting some Alternator problems with our dodge grand caravan, Daniel was so kind enough to help us as good as possible while being fully booked for the next two weeks. As we could lead our car at his garage, they could look at it in between jobs whenever possible and in stead of waiting two weeks, it was fixed in less than two days. Thank you Daniel, for fixing our car and helping us with everything while “stranded” in Gaspé!
Not Available for urgent repair of 1 hr while on vacation. Being asked to come back in 2 weeks. Too busy. Service Personnel cold and not very courteous. Needed to go to competitor dealer (Gaspé toyota) and received instant service “pour me depanner”.
I'll edit if my airspring that was originally diagnosed ripped about 2 inches is actually defective... I think it was just a leaking valve... That just happenned to be discovered when inatalling the brand New air spring... Not really Happy right now... Will get airspring tested.
