# Summary The dealership receives praise from customers for responsive service, professional technicians, and efficient communication during repairs and sales transactions. However, negative reviews allege deceptive sales practices, including concealing vehicle damage and pressuring customers, with one account describing aggressive and disrespectful behavior from management.
Bought a sprinter van from. Tyler made the process pretty swift and was very communicative. Got the paperwork handled efficiently and he arranged to have the car shipped to me in California. All around solid experience thank you. Got my van in one piece off the trailer!
I was in Boulder recently and a warning light popped up on my 1500 Rebel. Bob and his team got me in right away to get it fixed. It took them a couple of days and a couple of false starts to get it right. In the whole process Bob and his techs were at once extremely professional and extremely personal. Even though it was not a straight forward repair, every single man that pulled wrenches on my truck took it VERY personally that they found the problem and fixed it completely. There was alot of communication from them about the steps being taken. In the end my truck was 100% fixed properly. They went over and above to earn not only my business, but also my trust
Went to purchase a car at the dealership and asked that I be allowed to do a prepurchase inspection by an outside shop. I was allowed to do so but I was told that I needed to agree on a price before that inspection. Despite reservations, I did so. The inspection showed that the transmission was in complete failure and the computer codes were wiped so that dash alerts didn't show up. The cost for repair was listed as more than the cost for the car purchase. As we drove the vehicle the transmission kept slipping and we were concerned we might not make it back to the dealer. Upon return, I was greeted by the manager in the lobby. I expressed my concerns that they would try and sell a car they knew was broken. Manager Chris physically escorted me out of the building and accused me of being unprofessional for saying what I said with other customers present. I asked if selling a broken vehicle was professional and he shook my hand with an attempt to hurt my hand with his grip. I walked away and he acted as if I'd said something and tried to fight me as I was getting in my car. This place is shady and Chris, the manager, was incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful. Dont buy cars from this place as you're probably getting scammed.
SPRINTER VANS ARE DAMAGED!!! I cannot say enough bad things about this dealership and the practices that their salesmen partake in. The sprinter vans were BADLY damaged in a hail storm. The roofs are hammered, and they try to keep you from finding that out. I asked to see a specific van. They brought out 2 others instead, saying "they're all the same" and wanting me to test drive and inspect the others when I'm not trying to buy those. Also, we were there a couple of hours inspecting/test driving/negotiating. The minute that we finally saw the roof, an old, disrespectful, rude man (maybe the manager?) came over and said "you've been here 2 and half hours already. Make a decision already. Yes or no", so we walked out. Be wary if you get any vehicle there, but especially the vans. They're not "as good of a deal" as they seem.
Daniel and the service team were great. They communicated well, and they finished the service and repairs quickly. Much appreciated.
