LIFE SAVERS!! Our van broke down on a Friday during a road trip, we got towed here early afternoon before finding out they were closing at 5 for the weekend. The service department went above and beyond to get our repairs done (staying a bit later) to ensure we would not be stuck here for the weekend!
Water pump and then Serpentine Belt broke while I was on a road trip to Gaspe. Got towed to the dealer on a Wednesday. They were busy but offered to get me back on the road asap. Part had to be ordered. They managed to get it in two days and then installed with some overtime and got me back on the road the following Monday. Truck is fixed and I got to spend some time in a nice town which I may never have visited. I appreciate their help and their patience.
I brought a Hertz rental in for repair and they diagnosed the problem quickly (an engine warning light caused by transmission issues) and drove me home (40 minutes away!) and will pick me up tomorrow when the car is done. They are so helpful and friendly and you can tell by how busy they are with happy customers that this is a great dealership and service center.
