First of all, just want to say Kuddos on the New Preston Boulevard Ford now located in Millsboro, DE as the whole facility is absolutely beautiful. And you cannot ask for any better Customer Service that you receive from the Service Advisors Daniel Adkins and Jessica Perschau as they are very professional, polite and always provides excellent customer service by making you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door, offering coffee, water or snacks and kept us informed while we waited for (2) of our vehicles being serviced. I would definitely recommend the Preston Group for anyone looking for a New Vehicle.

I had an outstanding experience with Boulevard Lincoln. Doc was an incredible salesperson, professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. I purchased a Navigator L, and the entire transaction was seamless and handled almost entirely over text message. No pressure, no back-and-forth games, just clear communication and total transparency. Everything was efficient, straightforward, and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend this dealership. The customer service here is one you don’t see now a days. We contacted them on Thursday in regards to a bronco big bend, and by the next day (Friday) the vehicle was in my driveway and I live in a whole other state. They were straight forward, very communicative and had amazing customer service. I can’t say enough great things about these people, Thank you Doc and Robin you two were amazing to deal with. I will be back here for all my future car purchases!

Bought a ram at Preston CDJR on Wednesday then went back to Preston Ford on Black Friday to buy the Mustang Mach-E for my wife. We couldn’t have had better service. The salesman Dillon from Preston CDJR came and worked this deal for us to. Again absolutely awesome to work with and very informative. Then the salesman manager came over and talked to us for about 20 mins about the vehicle and was just as nice. Then the finance guy was a gem as well. He was a fellow vet and we had a great talk in the office. Will def never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. If your in the market def check out Dillon as your salesmen at Preston!

Not like other dealerships that make women feel small and stupid. I walked in said what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay, and they got me everything I asked for. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely go to them again. A+ in my book
