When trust is broken, it's hard to get back I've been a loyal Hyundai customer for years and always chose Boundary Hyundai for my services over cheaper local options like Mr. Lube — even though Hyundai costs almost double. Why? Because I trusted the brand. I trusted that I was getting professional, thorough, accountable service from people who know my car best. That trust is now completely gone. After my last service 2, I came home and checked my engine air filter. Dusty. Never touched. When I brought it up, they said the service 2 doesn't include an inspection or cleaning the engine air filter. Fine. But then they called me back and admitted they hadn't even inspected it. The next day I found that engine air filter checked as inspected item in the report sheet, so how it's possible someone inspected that and saw lots of dust and didn't clean that???? This is the thing that gets me — if they're this careless about something I can literally see with my own eyes, how am I supposed to trust that anything else on that inspection sheet was actually done? The oil change, the fluid checks, all those little boxes they ticked — did any of it actually happen? I've uploaded the service report and the video of engine air filter after the service. Please look at them and judge for yourself. I paid $510 for this service!!!! What a shame for Hyundai as a trusted brand. A dealership that charges premium prices needs to deliver premium responsibility. This wasn't even basic responsibility. Really disappointing, Boundary Hyundai. — Farhad

My experience at Boundary was enjoyable from beginning to end! It started completely with an online search, and then by phone, but I found the perfect car with Saro Vanayan. I finally met the folks at Boundary Hyundai to do all the paperwork and pick up the car, which I bought sight unseen at the recommendation of Saro. I met more fun people there, like Kat in financing and must say I love the Kona EV and I am happily matched with the perfect car for me.

I recently had a complex engine warranty case for my Hyundai Tucson at this location. Although the final outcome from Hyundai Canada was not what I had hoped for, I want to personally recognize the outstanding professionalism of the service team, specifically Elvis Wang and Carl. From the beginning, Elvis and Carl demonstrated a high level of expertise and a strong work ethic. They were transparent throughout the entire "tear-down" inspection process, kept me informed of the technical findings, and ensured all my documentation was submitted correctly. In an industry where trust is everything, I felt that they truly listened to my concerns and handled the technical diagnostic with great care and honesty. While the corporate warranty decision was disappointing, I am very satisfied with the local service I received at Boundary Hyundai. If you are looking for a service department that is knowledgeable, communicative, and ethical, I highly recommend working with Elvis and Carl.
