The whole process was honestly way smoother and less stressful than I expected, especially buying a brand new car. From the moment I walked in for my test drive, Jaden, my Product Advisor, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to! same with Joe, my Finance Manager. You can really tell they prioritize customer experience and they care about making their customers feel comfortable and taken care of. A huge thank you as well to Abel, who went over the delivery process with me and explained all the functions and features of my new RVR. He was super knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident driving away and using all the features in the vehicle. Overall, the customer service from everyone I dealt with was exceptional, and it genuinely made buying my new vehicle exciting and enjoyable!!

I have been putting off buying a new car for 3-4 years. I hate the process and couldn’t find anything I actually liked. After seeing the Mitsubishi Outlander while driving around, I decided to pop into Bow Mitsubishi to check them out in person. I was instantly greeted by Jaden Kelly (salesperson). He was very easy going, nice, funny, and not pushy. He put me at ease instantly. After talking through my options and test driving an outlander I decided to go ahead with a purchase.
