# Summary The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for responsive communication, smooth sales processes, and knowledgeable salespeople like Jeremy Adams and Kurt Abraham who provide stress-free experiences. However, some customers have expressed frustration with service department practices, including recommendations for expensive repairs and concerns about pricing for parts and diagnostics.
I had previously completed all of my vehicle service at another dealership and initially attempted to work through their sales department because of the history I had established with them over the past year. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sales representative assigned to me did not communicate effectively, failed to respond in a timely manner, and did not adequately answer my questions. Because I work overnight shifts, I did not have the energy or time to spend hours sitting at a dealership only to potentially be denied. I decided to search online for other dealerships that could assist me remotely and make the process more convenient. That is when I found Bowser Hyundai of Chippewa. Although it was farther from my zip code, they had two possible vehicle options available online that caught my interest. I reached out and received an immediate response from Bowser Hyundai of Chippewa before the dealership had even opened for the day. The vehicle I was interested in was still available, and Jeremy promptly scheduled a test drive appointment for the following day. The experience from start to finish was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The very next day after my test drive, I was able to drive off the lot in the exact vehicle I had been searching for — newer, lower mileage, and with a lower monthly payment. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, communication, and overall experience provided by Jeremy Adams and the team at Bowser Hyundai of Chippewa.
Kurt Abraham was my Fantastic salesman. With a pleasant personality and many great attributes, including a wonderful sense of humor, honesty, no pressure in a very relaxed environment. He was in competition with a dealership in Ohio showed professionalism in dealing with the opposition, the outcome was very good for both of us. He went over my Hyundai Sonata, hybrid Limited from top to bottom, including warranty, service, and much more. I strongly recommend you see Kurt.(Captain Kurt) when coming to Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa PA………….J.C.
Kurtis and Kurt were very great to work with in through our first car buying experience. Finance office was great to work with as well. Would recommend.
Not very good . I brought my car in for an oil change and I was told that I need new rotors and brakes because I am due for my car to be inspected in June. I couldn't do this cost of the time. I just bought this car 1 year ago and I don't think that this equipment should be up for replacement unless I was sold this car without new brakes being on the car in the first place. I am a widow and retired. I try to make sure that I have all the maintenance that is required to my vehicle as you can see by my past record.
Long winded but important when shopping around. Originally I bought my Hyundai Kona second hand from a dealer in Cranberry. Currently, it has 48,000 miles on it, a 21 Kona awd. I had wanted to get remote start added to my car these last few weeks (September 25) so I outsourced for that, only for the technician to discover that the actuator, or the electrical locking mechanism in the drivers side has gone bad. He spent two and a half hours diagnosing this issue, and told me that since Hyundai has 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranties I should call and find out if Hyundai would cover this repair. Additionally, there’s are THOUSANDS of videos of people getting locked out/ locked IN their Kona’s and not only is Hyundai aware of the issue, but they still don’t recognize it as a recall or safety issue!!!!!! I called bowser who told me before even fixing the issue, they would need to run a $180 diagnostic test- that I already explained was done and diagnosed lmao Then the part then the labor- $400 plus later for a $30 part: Bullshit. Hyundai knows in manufacturing that these parts go bad and refuse to make it right and put these in their cars so they willllll go bad and you willlll have to pay their prices. Luckily, I’m not an idiot and can figure this out (remove three bolts from the panel and unplug the old one from the electrical panel and unhook the hooking mechanism and rehook the new one and plug it in) simple. 😮 Stop trying to make money, and listen to what your customers are saying. We have YouTube, you’re not slick.
