Our salesman, Chad was great. It was our first new car buying experience and Chad put us at ease. He gave us time to talk and think about what we wanted, was super responsive, great listener, and didn’t pressure us at all. When the day to buy the car came, all the paperwork was ready for us and we were quickly able to sign and go through our tutorial on the car (a necessity with two small kids). I had a 10/10 experience with Jeff Pankiewicz. Jeff met current offers from other deals and worked with me to get the best rate and payment for me. There was no hassle, no pressure, no surprises. Just a straight shooter working to get me the best car for me. He also is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features. I would recommend Jeff 100x over. If you're going to Bowser or even if you're talking to another dealer, ask for Jeff Pankz and i stand by him getting you a better deal!

Regarding the service department. I had a service tech tell me that information being displayed by the inclinometer was not fed to it from the same sensor that controls numerous safety systems, the AWD and the transmission. I had been told this was the case. I later had it confirmed by Subaru of America and another dealership technician. Service advisors should not be speaking on subjects they aren't familiar with and if they are familiar with it. Then I wouldn't trust this service advisor or the department that he works for. Not knowing the correct information on such a critical system is dangerous. I also purchased a cabin filter and wiper blades from the parts department while waiting. I was given the wrong size boades for my vehicle. I noticed this before leaving and brought them back to the department. He got me the right size blades, which were smaller and less expensive, then he neglected to refund the difference in price between the parts. I was told to rotate tires on a vehicle that was very low millage and had more tread depth in front than the back. I declined. Trust is important if you want me to keep coming back.
