Finance was also a smooth experience. Erik in finance was super friendly, and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. After I purchased the vehicle, I ran into an issue, and Justin, one of the sales managers, handled it with zero hesitation. That kind of follow-through after the sale says a lot. The front desk has also been consistently friendly, quick to answer questions, and great about connecting me with whoever I needed to speak with. Both were prompt, responsive, courteous, and engaging without the overbearing sales pressure car dealerships have a reputation for. We will return to Bozarth Chevrolet in the future.

I’m buying this vehicle unseen from outside of the country. The sales rep and finance manager were both fantastic. They’ve facilitated every aspect of this sale efficiently and politely. Update after speaking with Bryan about my first not so great experience with ace he was very professional, and understanding, careing wanting to make it right for his honest and caring character decided too take it back to get the service done Tayler walked us through everything with great care and upfront communication and understanding , I picked my truck up today Dylan was great very upbeat and professional I was very satisfied with the care and professionalism from this three team members i will definitely come back for my regular maintenance knowing I will be taken care of definitely a great experience got my truck running great again with a fast turn around

I recently took my Chevy in for an oil change, and even though it was my first time here, it won’t be my last. From the moment I pulled in, the operation felt very professional and organized. The waiting area and service bays are spotless, which is always a great sign. A huge shoutout to my service advisor who was fantastic to work with. Not only was the communication clear, but they actually got my car into the bay half an hour early! It’s rare to find a service department that respects your time like that. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, well-run dealership in the Denver area.
