I had a great experience! Tyler really came through for me when no one else anywhere else would! I 100% recommend! He is straight forward and stays in contact the whole time through every step! Getting into the new vehicle was painless and quick!
Great service, delivered the vehicle within days of my inquiry. The van was exactly as described, and the process of buying unseen was seamless. Thank you so much—great people to work with.

I purchased a truck here for 10K. They had mentioned that they had done some work on the front end but that it was in great working order and had just had a safety check done on it by their mechanic. Even though it was a higher mileage truck, I really needed one and couldn’t wait so I went for it. Now the truth is, anytime a person buys a high mileage car they have to expect things to go wrong with it. That’s just reality. I’ve worked at an auto shop and a car dealership so I’m well aware that shops often get blamed for what is in reality just wear and tear on an old car and I’m not like that so when my air conditioner stopped working within a month, I figured it’s a high mileage car, not the shop’s fault. I had another few things go wrong with it such as a mirror falling off, the cruise control stopped working, it needed a new gas cap, but same thing, it could all be attributed to wear and tear on an older truck. I recently had it in to get some work done on my bearings and what the mechanic told me was absolutely horrifying. He says that before I purchased the vehicle, the CV axle on my left front had it’s end chopped off and the previous shop had added a larger, mismatched bolt on to fill the gap. The mismatched bolt had the wrong tread and had to be forced on. Even then it was only screwed on about a turn and a half. They then proceeded to safety check it and sell it to me. For anyone who doesn’t know cars, this is like fixing your car with duct tape. I asked my mechanic some very specific questions. I asked, is there any way this could have been wear and tear rather than a negligent mechanic? He said no. I asked, is there any way this car should have passed a safety check like this? He said no. I asked, was this car safe to drive at all? He said absolutely not, I wouldn’t drive it. I’ve put less than 20K km on that truck since I’ve had it and nobody has done any work on the front end since Belle River Auto so the work had to have been done before I purchased it and before Belle River did their safety check very likely by Belle River themselves as they had mentioned working on the front end. I did call Belle River just to see if maybe the owner was just another victim and the mechanic was the real issue but he told me that he had no records of who worked on the car, did the safety check or even who his mechanic was even though it was only about 2 years ago. He said he “may” still have the same mechanic but wouldn’t confirm. In the digital age, not having such basic records for a safety inspection is inherently suspicious. This is serious matter of safety for anyone buying a car, getting a car worked on, or for anyone who just happens to be part of the community. Given that, I don’t expect anyone to take my word on this. Facts are the only thing that matters. I am attaching 4 pictures to this review. One is a picture of the written description of the problem given to me by my mechanic. One is the CV joint on the other side, basically what it should look like. Then I have two pictures of the one that was installed by them, one with the mismatched bolt on, and one off so that you can see that the CV joint was cut off and that the thread doesn’t match. If you care about your family, friends and your community, do yourself and the community a favour and avoid this business at all costs. Your life may very well depend on it.
They are absolutely amazing. They got me my truck when everybody else said I wouldn't be able to. I highly recommend
