Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a mechanic shop. I trusted them with my truck, and they returned it with extremely careless and unacceptable work. They forgot to install a critical bolt — a mistake that could have had catastrophic consequences. This was not a cosmetic issue or a minor oversight; this was a serious safety hazard that could have caused a devastating and potentially fatal accident. When people bring their vehicles in for repairs, they trust mechanics with their safety and the safety of everyone on the road. Forgetting a critical part raises serious concerns about the quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I am extremely disappointed and shocked that something this dangerous was overlooked. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to carefully inspect their vehicle before driving away. Mistakes happen, but negligence involving safety-related components is unacceptable.

Lauren was great to work with! Best experience at a car dealership. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When we arrived, we were in and out within an hour (without being rushed) as she had everything ready, including the car. This was by far the fastest experience we have ever had. Drew the finance manager was also great to work with. Hands down, would recommend these two from their sales team.
