I had a great experience with Bradshaw Chevrolet in Cedar City. TC and the service team were excellent to work with. He was able to get my transmission fixed incredibly fast and at a very fair price. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend Bradshaw Chevrolet if you need quality work done right the first time!

A Nightmare with Used Trucks – Beware of Eric & Will If you’re considering a used truck at Bradshaw Chevrolet, run the other way, especially if you’re looking at a Chevy Silverado 1500. My experience was defined by shady tactics and total disrespect. I was interested in a used Silverado they claimed was a ‘certified pre-owned’ quality vehicle. When I asked about the warranty coverage, Eric was incredibly vague and dismissive. He used high-pressure sales tactics to rush me, then presented me with paperwork that completely misrepresented the coverage. He swore it came with a comprehensive powertrain warranty, but when I pushed to see the details, it was actually a highly-limited, third-party ‘drivetrain protection’ that they were inflating the price to include. It felt like a bait-and-switch. When I tried to hold them to a fair price for the true condition of the truck, the conversation turned hostile. Eric and Will ganged up on me, laughing at my negotiation points. They used aggressive intimidation instead of conducting professional business. They overprice their used Chevy inventory and then use bullying tactics when they get called out on it. Avoid this dealership and save yourself the stress.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect as I did at Bradshaw Chevrolet. I purchased a 2023 Tacoma, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The Bullying: When I returned to discuss a $500 price adjustment we had previously discussed, I was literally laughed at and scoffed at by Eric and Will. They ganged up on me, using intimidation tactics to try and tear down my points rather than having a professional conversation. Even when I offered to take the $500 in service credits (oil changes) to make it easier for the dealership, they continued to mock the request. The 'Ghost' Warranty: They sold me a $3,000 extended warranty that, come to find out, wasn't even available for them to offer at the time. They had to call me back later just to cancel it because they sold me a 'ghost' product. That's after talking down the original asking price of $4500 for the same 'ghost' warranty. Deceptive Sales: I was told certain features on the vehicle worked, only to find out after the sale that they lied. On top of that, the truck was priced nearly $3,000 over market value for its mileage. As a local professional, I am appalled. If you are looking for a vehicle in Southern Utah, stay far away from Eric and Will at Bradshaw. They don't value customers; they value the 'squeeze.' This business sits on a throne of lies; I’ll be taking my business and my recommendations elsewhere.

I recently purchased a used truck from Bradshaw Chevrolet. I worked with Will and he was great! I had a lot of questions and he was patient and willing to accommodate me. Will even offered to help transport my new vehicle home for me! I would definitely recommend Bradshaw's when shopping for a vehicle.
