My salesman John Graner was fantastic to work with. He was always there to answer my questions (even on his day off!!), and really helped me to make the right decision for me. He presented me with multiple options for what I was looking for, and then worked with me to narrow it down based on what was most important to me regarding the right car and financing. What I really love is even after the sale, John still has been there to answer any questions I have had. At the end of the day, I felt like I got a really fair deal, and love our new BMW 228. I highly recommend Braman BMW Jupiter!
Paul Robbins is the best salesman ever! We have used him multiple times. He does not pressure you. He is just there to answer your questions and assist you with your purchase. The service team is excellent (shout out to Alex our service advisor!). Great experience altogether. Alex in the finance department was superb! Our tech expert was very helpful (Jeff??). Sorry if the name is wrong. So happy with my new 2026 X5 (traded in my 2022 X5).
