Having found a BMW I4 xdrive 40 to our liking, we went into the process of remote buying with heaps of trepidation. We were promptly emailed the CARFAX by their representative. Alex Kahn, our advisor was kind, courteous and worked on our behalf to get us to a reasonable price. He promptly emailed the inspection report and set up transport. True to his promise, we received the vehicle in the condition advertised. We recommend Alex Kahn to other buyers. Kamran from the finance department was efficient and prompt with the paperwork. Really an excellent experience. As someone who grew up in dealership I feel like I can really seperate an okay experience from an exquisite one. I was promptly greeted upon entry by the front desk, then taken back to meet Santiago, who handled everything that I wanted and found me the perfect car, and worked great with Both Michaels at the tower to give me a great deal.Osiris was a no fluff all business finance person that offered me everything and explained everything in a way i could understand as i signed. 10/10 I would buy here again and I will be sure to make sure my friends do too. P.S.special shout out to the other members of the staff who were always magically the perfect distance away without being pushy or making me feel like prey. I walked the lot and they would occasionally play tag and just check in which is really hard to get these days especially as a female buying a car.
