Came back again because this is honestly the only dealership I trust now. I don’t even really care about the Nissan brand itself, I came back here because I knew I could trust Nitish. He’s a good guy, easy to talk to, not pushy, and actually helped me out instead of just trying to make a sale. I’ve been to probably 20 dealerships over the last couple years and most of them play games or waste your time. Here everything felt straightforward and honest which is rare nowadays. He helped me get a good bargain and actually looked forward to helping instead of making things stressful. The dealership is also super clean, good coffee machine, Soda, nice clean modern waiting area, overall just a comfortable place to be while waiting. My only small critique honestly is snacks. I went to a Mazda dealership before here in Toronto and they had a huge jar of those sealed Biscoff cookies out for customers while waiting beside the coffee and drinks and it actually made the experience feel way better. This place already has really high standards, so adding something simple like that would honestly make it even better. Nothing fancy, just small snacks for people waiting around goes a long way. At this point this is the only place I’ll come to, and I drive almost 120 km to get here for a reason. Big respect to Nitish, honestly he’s the main reason I keep coming back.
