Well… now we’ve got 2 Sparks for shits and giggles 😂 but this rough gem is a stick, so it’s def going to be the fun one. I had a genuinely good experience here, which is rare for dealerships. Aubrie was a huge part of that. She was patient, straightforward, and treated us like real people instead of just a sale. She explained everything clearly, never rushed us, and stayed calm and helpful the entire time even while juggling other customers. She honestly went above and beyond, including riding out with me to our home to help get everything squared away. She’s genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to work with, and that made the whole process feel smooth instead of stressful. James in finance also deserves a lot of credit. He helped us swing the deal and showed real compassion when he saw this was a family situation and not just numbers on a page. Hailey was the absolute best part of this experience. The communication was on point, responses were almost immediate. After meeting Hailey she was very easy and comfortable to speak with. She understood what we wanted and we ended up leaving with more than what we asked for. I'm very happy with my purchase and very happy with the amount of money that I was given for my trade in. If you're in search of a new or used car don't hesitate to reach out to Hailey! Christian is pretty cool too.

Completely disappointing experience with this dealership. We bought a car and the very same day it had such serious problems that it had to be returned on a tow truck late at night. We lost time, money, work days, and went through unnecessary stress because of a vehicle that clearly was not in condition to be sold. The worst part of everything was James’s attitude. A rude, unprofessional person with absolutely no empathy toward the customer. After everything that happened, his response was basically: “well, I’ll pay for the tow truck,” as if that somehow fixed the whole situation and the terrible experience they put us through. At no point did he show any real intention of taking responsibility or offering a serious solution. On top of that, they created unnecessary obstacles during the refund process and wanted us to come back to the dealership again, even though we later found out that it was not actually necessary. The whole situation felt disorganized, not transparent, and handled in a very unprofessional way. The entire experience was terrible. This place shows very little seriousness, they sell cars in poor condition, and when problems appear, the customer service is awful. I definitely do not recommend buying a car here.

Today I walked into Brandon Mitsubishi and was greeted by Aubrie Craig She was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave great service. We took a few cars for a test drive and decided on a Mercedes-Benz SUV. She was able to work with me on the payments and warranties and everything that I asked for and I was able to bring my new car home. If you’re looking for a great deal and great service I would definitely recommend going and seeing her for all your needs.
