He was patient, kind, and really took the time to help us find the right car without ever making us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel comfortable. Gabriel (manager) and David (general manager) worked incredibly hard to get us approved. We could tell they were really trying their best and advocating for us every step of the way. We truly appreciated their effort and dedication. Chase in finance was also great. He explained everything clearly, especially the insurance and coverage information, and made sure we understood all the coverage we have. He took his time and answered every question without rushing us. Overall, this was such a positive experience, and we are so grateful for the entire team. I cannot tell you how easy it was, and I still cannot stop bragging about Jenn; she was my lifesaver.
