So I found Tomes Subaru from a website that rates dealers and let me tell you, they were AMAZING!!!! After a negative experience at another Subaru dealer, Tomes Subaru TOTALLY turned that around for myself and my daughter! They did EXACTLY as they promised and didn't try to throw in any last-minute curve balls. They communicated so well and stayed in contact throughout the process. I'm 3.5 hours away and they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Chris was our Sales person although he unfortunately was sick on the day I drove in to finalize the deal. He asked Preston to help us and he was great. Jamie met us at the door upon arrival and made sure we knew that she was available for anything we needed during our time there. They were also aware that we drove in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was hoping to get in and out quickly so we didn't get home super late that night! We were back on the road in under an hour!! Truly, I can't rate this dealership high enough! Highly recommend and probably the best experience in buying a vehicle I've had in my 43 years!!

We took our Outback in for a checkup today, & left with a new Forrester. We absolutely did not have any plans whatsoever to look at new cars. My husband asked Cameron one question, & the rest is history! Cameron was so professional, sweet, kind, and knowledgeable, we could not resist looking at cars. Absolutely no pressure or sales pitch, just good ole honestly & kindness. Everyone we came across during the process was wonderful, professional & friendly. I highly recommend this location. It’s been 6 months since we joined the Subaru fam, & we have had no regrets at all. A 2025 Crosstrek for my mom & a 2025 Forester for me, we’ve truly been blessed. Today I brought both vehicles in for their first maintenance & Marcus was so helpful, as always! They have always taken great care of us and always make a trip to the dealership smooth - the way it should be! (Jaime & Jeff were our points of contact when it came to the sale & they are the reason we chose Subaru). Would recommend Subaru’s to anyone searching for a new car, the safety features on these models are a must have & this dealership specifically is always pleasant to deal with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my third car from Subaru, and once again the experience was outstanding. Jose, the Sales Director, and Curtis, my salesman, were both incredible to work with from start to finish. Curtis was attentive, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions, kept everything organized, and made the process feel easy and comfortable. Jose was equally amazing. As the Sales Director, he made sure everything ran smoothly and took the time to check in and ensure I was completely happy with my purchase. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I absolutely love my new car and will definitely continue coming back.
