I had been hunting for a 3/4 pickup for quite some time. The used ones are still expensive and Branine had a 2019 that was in beautiful shape and the price was right. Sales and service were both great. I highly recommend then as a dealer.

Ron Dismang was a great person to have as a salesperson! He was helpful and honest, and he tried really hard to find the car we wanted. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way, but I would highly recommend him as a salesperson and the dealership. The best part was, he wasn't a pushy salesman! One Star — Deceptive Sales, Zero Accountability Branine Motors in Osage City sold my fiancée a boat with a motor that emits a constant, maddening beep due to an unresolved error—an issue that was conveniently never mentioned prior to the sale. We reached out immediately after discovering the problem, and they instructed us to bring the boat back—over a 30-minute drive—so their mechanic could “take a look.” Once we arrived, however, the story changed. Rather than offering to repair the clearly defective motor, they abruptly washed their hands of the situation and had the audacity to tell us it “shouldn’t be expensive to fix.” In what world is that an acceptable response to knowingly selling faulty equipment? This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s willful negligence. Branine Motors was more than happy to take our money, but the moment something went wrong, they fell back on apathy and excuses. Asking a customer to haul a defective product back just to dismiss the issue in person is not only unprofessional, it’s insulting. A dealership’s integrity is tested not in the sale, but in the aftermath—and Branine Motors failed spectacularly. If you're considering doing business here, be warned: you’re gambling with your money and your time. They may smile while making the sale, but once you sign, you're on your own.
