“I recently purchased a used Toyota Cross, from Brant County Ford, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was there early one morning after seeing this car online late the night before and I arrived before Sales and Management staff were due to be at work. I was greeted by reception warmly, and she made me feel welcome and helped get in touch with others to get things started. I met with Michael from the business office and he reached out to other staff that lived close to find if they were available. I inquired about summer wheels as the car was fitted with snow tires and rims. One of the service staff, possibly the lady that had recently and perfectly detailed the car took me to the shop and showed me each wheel, which was appreciated as I was unable to move the wheels around myself due to recovery from a recent surgery. Back to the showroom and I met again with Michael and introduced me to Jennifer the Sales Manager, and I was given keys fo the car and set up for a test drive. When I returned I was introduced to Chris Lye as he would help me with any questions and to assist with closing the deal. Chris was professional and personable and quickly identified that I was there to buy the car. However he could help was his objective and he succeeded. Met with Michael in the finance office was he transparent and straightforward, walking me through the available many extended protection and warranty options. Management checked in to ensure everything was going well. Making a major purchase such as a new or used car can be very stressful, this team and I stress them being a team, all did such a great job.
