My 2021 jeep wrangler had some buubblng on the paint around the hinges doors and hood and it was under warranty.I took it to the collision center and .They treated me really well gave me a rental and did a fantastic job on my jeep it looks like brand new.Thank you Brantford Chrysler Dodge jeep for doing a fantastic job and treating me good. Very disappointed with the service I received from the Brantford Jeep dealership. I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and brought it in for a persistent whistling noise coming from the engine compartment. After keeping the vehicle, I was told the technicians could not identify any abnormal noise. However, when I picked it up, the exact same noise was still present and the issue remained unresolved. What is most frustrating is that this is a brand-new vehicle costing over $70,000, yet there seemed to be little urgency to properly diagnose the problem. When I followed up, I was informed that the service department could not inspect the vehicle again until several days later, despite it being my daily driver. I understand that defects can happen in any vehicle, but I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the dealership and its service department

I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and had a good overall experience. Logan was great to deal with — professional, helpful, and made the process smooth. The only downside was the detailing. I paid to have the vehicle detailed for pickup, but it didn’t appear to be very thoroughly done when I received the car. Other than that, everything went well and I appreciated Logan’s help.
