Got an Ioniq 5 here. Great experience start to finish. Rick Fruitman rocks — excellent communication, very clear, worked with my wife and with me to make sure we really understand everything. Had lots of patience for our questions, no pressure, transparent and chill. Also interacted with Andy, who was also genuinely nice and friendly and helped us out with an adaptor on delivery day together with Rick. If after-sales service is as good as this, we’re all set for cars and might even change our other car for a Hyundai when it’s time.

Tim and Judy made my issue dissapear within my budget. Got me into what feels like a brand new vehicle for not a whole lot more than I was paying for an old truck. Not once have I had a sales person sit with me in the car and explain what everything does. I didnt feel pressured once thru the whole transaction. In comparison to the horrible service I had at ford just across the road- you guys nailed it and i will certainly be a return customer. Thanks so much for your help and professionalism.
