My daughter purchased her first new car, and loved dealing with him ,he wasn't aggressive, very very helpful. I quite enjoyed the purchasing process, he was so helpful when we picked it up explaining all the new gadgets that are in the car. My daughter was ecstatic.to get the exact car and color she wanted.
