We purchased a 2020 RAV4 from Brantford Toyota about 2 months ago and absolutely love it. We are cautious shoppers and we were treated extremely well by Chris Dam and his team, Andrea, Grada and Tyson. They were patient, kind and reassuring. We left with confidence that we made the right decision. After two months we are still impressed. Not only with the sales but also with the service. From answer questions about the car weeks after the sale to servicing the car with minor repairs and installation of our new winter tires. Nam and his service team did an excellent job. Bryan Burke went above and beyond. Our car died unexpectedly and Bryan scoured local dealerships to find us exactly what we wanted. That was a lot of extra effort when he could have simply had us wait until something arrived at his dealership. It was appreciated, and so was his no-nonsense approach to sales. He was genuine, laid back and a pleasure to work with. When our other car finally decides to quit, we'll be back.
