I bought my first brand new car this week at Brantford VW and can I just say, they all made my experience much easier than I expected it to be. The sales consultant that helped me through all of it was JB and let me say, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone else. He was so specific and helped me understand everything. I also loved that, even though my dad was with me, he made sure to speak to me directly instead of to my dad. I felt respected and appreciated that. I went to this dealership for a diagnostic because my vehicle had an oil leak that several oil change shops had noticed over time but couldn’t fully identify. After paying for the inspection ($189), I was told the oil pan was cracked (from the corner going throughout the middle) and that the repair would cost over $1,000 plus oil costs. Wanting a second opinion, I bought the OEM part myself and had the work done by an independent mechanic for significantly less. Once the old oil pan was removed, there was no visible crack in it at all. The only noticeable issue appeared to be a loose/aging seal. Since replacing the pan and seal, the leak has completely stopped. I understand diagnostics can sometimes be difficult, but this experience seriously damaged my trust in the dealership’s assessment and pricing. I’m sharing this so others know to consider getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs.

I had a great experience at VW Brantford. The team helped me get into a new Atlas quickly and made the entire process stress-free.
