We had an exceptional experience at Brasso Nissan, and I can’t recommend them enough A huge thank you to Mr. Bob Pendock, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and most importantly genuinely respectful. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, never rushed us, and spent hours walking us through different options, features, and details until we found the perfect car for our needs. That level of care is rare. The best part for me was that he never forced or pushed us towards anything and it more felt like that we were talking to a friend who is just sharing his insights with us about different makes and models I also truly appreciate Bob taking the extra step to work with Tyler to secure us a better deal. It made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. A big thanks as well to Sherry for making the financing process smooth and stress-free, and to Shawn (I think his name was Shawn) for the thoughtful goodies after the purchase. A really nice touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. Professional, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Brasso Nissan. I was referred to this dealership by a family member who has only good things to say and I agree. I was dealing with Bob and he was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and understanding. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want. He was also very helpful when I forgot an item in the vehicle I traded in. I worked with Sherry as well and she was very up front and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fantastic experience at Nissan Brasso Calgary! I recently purchased a sedan from them and couldn’t be happier—with both the car and the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Lei, a friendly and helpful senior salesperson who really took the time to understand my needs. He was transparent about all the fees, which were the lowest I’ve seen compared to other brand dealerships. I signed the deal the very next day! It was a pleasure meeting Richard, the sales manager—who, fun fact, looks strikingly like Henry Golding from Crazy Rich Asians! I joked that when he’s not filming internationally, he’s selling cars at Brasso. The whole buying process was smooth and convenient. Tiffany, the finance manager, was incredibly helpful in explaining the protection packages, and I appreciated her clarity and patience. I’ve already sent my car to their service centre, and having a loaner car available made my day so much easier. Huge thanks to Justin for getting the service done within the day. And finally, a special shoutout to Dianne, the general manager, for the handwritten card—such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel truly personal.
