I had such a great experience buying my GMC Terrain thanks to Christopher, Kevin, Chad, and Teddy. The whole team made the process so easy and completely stress-free from start to finish. Christopher was especially amazing, he was personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. He took the time to walk me through all the features of my new car and made sure I felt confident before leaving. I never felt rushed, and he was always happy to answer any questions. There are many places to buy a car. Being from NY most car guys are a pain in keister. In my opinion the transaction that my wife had with Shane in sales was easy, accommodating and stress-free. Her interactions with Teddy and the manager Kevin were nothing but professional. The important part is they treated my wife with respect. It's her car, her deal and her payment. Quite honestly she didn't want to feel like " her husband" needed to be involved with the transaction. Or even worse. taking her to the cleaners. Which drives me crazy and is very common with too many salesman. She is happy with her Acadia. She is happy with the dealership. These guys are great. If we needed to recommend a guy. Shane would be the guy. We had a 3 hour drive. Just make the trip. Happiness is worth the time.

Kyle and the service team at the Brattleboro Auto Mall were amazing! We are on vacation from PA when we had a service StabiliTrak message appear(ABS/Traction Control light), with a grinding noise at low speed turning. It ended up being an issue with the hub that needed to be replaced. We called Thursday right before close, they got us in Friday morning, diagnosed, repaired and we have out vehicle back before end of day. It was such a tight timeline with us leaving tomorrow but Kyle and service team were super friendly and accommodating to help us out. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I just bought our 2020 GMC 3500 Denali a week ago! What a great experience working with Shane. Right from the initial contact, Shane was very enthusiastic and eager to make my out is state buying super easy. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help his clients. The rest of the team is also on their A game. It was nice to have great conversations with everyone there.
