Brattleboro Subaru

I recently sold my car to Bratt Subaru under difficult circumstances (the car wouldn't start, and I needed to sell it quickly). Lauri was exceptionally kind and communicative throughout the process. She arranged for someone from the dealership to come to my location across town, get the car driveable, and purchase it same day. She also contacted multiple wholesalers to make sure I was getting the best possible price. The dealership made the whole process as easy as it could have been, and I was so impressed with the level of service.

Great dealership. Danny was very knowledgeable about the models we were interested in. No pressure here. We took several test drives. Came back the next day and made a purchase. We are so happy with our 2025 Subaru Forester Touring! It’s our second Subaru purchased at this dealership and we will be back for our third!

I was having some radiator/cooling concerns during my commute with my 2020 Outback. I live in Keene but work in Brattleboro so I didn't feel that I was able to get my car to my car dealer safely. I called Brattleboro Subaru for some advice when I got to work, and not only did they get me in on the same day, but also gave me very clear feedback with strong reasoning. Then, they also sent a video to me that shows one of their technicians doing a walkthrough of my car and explaining what they were seeing. What a cool feature! Thankfully, nothing was wrong. But knowing their service department is so accommodating is a massive relief for me. I'm a first time Subaru owner and so far, everything has been wonderful. We bought a certified used 2022 Forester and it's perfect for what we needed. In this world of shop online, he shows that working with a real salesperson that cares about the customer makes all the difference.

My first ever Subaru and first service experience at Brattleboro Subaru, not impressed at all after spending over 40K on a new car! I am crazy meticulous about my car. I am the person who parks away from everyone in the parking lots and has all the door protectors and accessories to keep my car from getting damaged. I bought my 2025 Outback last Fall and have owned the car for 6 months. I was given a free 6,000-mile or 6-month first service. The car really didn't need service since it had only 2300 miles, but I thought I might as well use the free service. My car has been in the garage the entire time, and I know every square inch of it. Meaning- I have no stone dings, scratches, scrapes - NOTHING - CAR WAS BRAND NEW! I picked my car up from the service, washed it the next day, and on the driver 's-side rear panel, DAMAGE! Two dings that look like a tool or something was dropped on my car. Yes, they say they have video and did not damage my car - they claimed nothing on the videos - SORRY! They did the damage! The car has been NOWHERE where this could have happened! I am very disappointed that they suggested I take my brand-new car to a body shop after it was damaged! In hindsight, I wish I had done a walk-around with their service team. Not happy at all!!
