I was very happy with my car shopping experience at Brau Motors. Rob Brau was very good at listening to my needs and helping with any questions I had. He was not pushy but I still made a decision really quickly. I had one little problem with my car after taking it home and he was very helpful in making sure that that problem was taken care of to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely go back there again when looking for another vehicle.

I don't typically leave reviews but I had an very excellent buying experience with Leyton yesterday morning. I was in and out with my new car in a matter of about 3 hours. I was given honest feedback and inspection paperwork about the vehicle I was purchasing, which is so important to me. I was not pushed at all about aftermarket warranties or any sort of extra fees. It was a very smooth and straightforward buying experience. If any of the reviewers need a new or used car, this is the place to go! I'm so happy with my new car! When I was 10 years old, I sat alongside my Dad, buying his first "new" truck from Bruce Brau. Recently, I got to work with Rob on finding the right vehicle for our family's needs right now. As I saw Rob's son ducking in and out, I realized my son might be buying his first vehicle from the next generation, and this is what I love about small towns and small businesses. Brau motors has an excellent service department. My 2020 Buick Enclave was giving me a common transmission problem at around 90k miles. It would occasionally shudder when accelerating and stick in a lower gear when accelerating quickly then taking my foot off the accelerator. Adam and his team changed my transmission fluid and added the Lubegard Instant Shudder Fix I bought from the local NAPA store. They also updated my TCM (Transmission Control Module) Software. Now it runs like new again. Because there is a Technical Service Bulletin for this issue, they did it all for $50 and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this small town, honest service department.
