Scott, the salesperson, is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful, and all-around great guy. When we first visited the office, he answered all of our questions patiently and provided information on the different kinds of vehicles to make a decision. We really liked that Scott wasn't pushy at all and didn't make contact until I called to say we were ready to buy. Throughout the purchase process, Scott promptly responded to all of my calls and requests and was straightforward about everything. If you want the opposite of the typical used car salesman vibe and want to feel like your best best is going through the process with you and watching your back, Scott is your guy. I really liked that because we couldn't leave my mom alone, Scott even brought the van and paperwork to our house (no charge). He mentioned that this is a service the company provides because they serve customers with mobility needs. Some customers never leave their homes from start to finish. As for Mobility Works, I liked that they offer a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty on the vehicle to fit our needs, and it's prorated in the event we sell the vehicle before the end of the term. The store/dealership is clean, and the people who answered the phone area always pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Mobility Works and especially Scott for your mobility needs.
