There was no pressure, and the entire process was quick and straightforward. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I had been searching for a used car to use as a commuter vehicle for a few months and finally came across this '09 Subaru Impreza on Craigslist. When I reached out through the ad on Craigslist, Mike, one of the owners, was very responsive and helpful when it came to checking out the vehicle. He was willing to meet with the vehicle so that I didn't need to make the full hour drive to Brentwood to look at the car and take it for a spin. He was very transparent with the work they had done on the vehicle, and what I should expect in the upcoming years since it is an older car. He also helped me out a ton in the buying and registration process since I had to register the car down in MA and didn't have the means to tow it. The car has ran great and it's going to serve my needs perfectly. The only downside was that it failed inspection (exhaust) but I called Mike up and he directed me to the shop they work with who got the exhaust fixed within a day and they (Brickhouse) covered the costs. Great couple of guys that run this business, would definitely recommend them to anyone else and would consider them again in the future for a used car purchase.

He wasn’t pushy and worked very hard to find just the right vehicle for me, within my budget. I settled on a nice 2004 Honda Civic and couldn’t be happier. My vehicle was totaled and I need to purchase a car. Being in the middle of a pandemic I was leery. The necessity of an automobile was waying on me heavily. I proceeded to Brickhouse an hour away from my home( well worth the drive). My sales man Mike was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. He never was over baring or obnoxious like the stero typical car sales man. He practiced sociol distancing but was still attentive and above all genuine. I purchased a car. Due to the excellent experience. After purchase I took the car to a mechanic . The mechanic realized an issue was present. I contacted Mike . He was reachable and acted quickly . He ordered the part for me and the car was fixed the next day .They went above and beyond to accommodate me. If I am ever I need of another car they will get my buisness and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
